3. Return Process

  • If the return is rejected, we will return the item to you, and no refund will be issued.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
